Tim Smith Barossa Shiraz 2012

From the Barossa and Eden Valleys, vines between 20 and 100 years old, matured in a mix of new and used oak (mainly French). Full purple-crimson; abounds with luscious, perfectly ripened black cherry, plum and blackberry fruits that roll along the tongue, the finish long and harmonious, the savoury tannins adding a further dimension.(95 points- J.H)

Tim Smith Reserve Barossa Shiraz 2012 TSW

A 100-year-old vineyard in the Eden Valley provided most of the grapes, two others in the Barossa Zone the remainder; mostly matured in thick-staved French puncheons. This has all the complexity its pedigree suggests; black fruits, pepper, licorice and dark chocolate provide the heart, fine-grained tannins and quality oak the remainder. (97 points- J.H)

From our St Clare Vineyard at Watervale, premium Grenache, Sangiovese and Tempranillo have been blended with a touch of Pinot Noir to create this unique style of rosé wine. Pronouned 'sane yay' this French word refers to the bleeding off of the juice after 3 days in contact with the skins producing a richer, full flavoured wine. This is a rosé for red drinkers, perfect for the warmer months when a red wine may be a bit too heavy. The nose shows an aromatic floral bouquet of sweet blackberry and pepper with flavours of cherry and subtle spice

Clos St. Jean Deus- Ex-Machina Chateauneuf du Pape 2015 

A blend of 60% Grenache aged in concrete and 40% Mourvèdre aged in new barriques, the 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape Deus Ex Machina is a modern-day monster. This is rich and powerfully concentrated, loaded with scents of vanilla and baking spices, yet it also possesses masses of red fruit (raspberries, cherries and plums), a wonderfully creamy and intense mid-palate and a long finish. It completely hides its no-doubt considerable alcohol. (97 points- Rob Parker)

Inky/purple color, nose of spring flowers, creme de cassis, blackberries, boysenberries, licorice, truffles and spice; displaying massive body, incredible freshness (100 points – R.P.)

Domaine de la Janasse Chateauneuf du Pape 2016

The 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Chaupin is all Grenache, 40% whole cluster, aged in two-thirds foudre and one-third demi-muids and drawn exclusively from sandy sites. It showcases incredibly lush, silky fruit. Raspberries and cherries of incredible purity add hints of chocolate on the long finish but never seem heavy or warm. (96 points- Rob Parker)

Domaine De La Janasse Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Vieilles Vignes 2015 

The 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Vieilles Vignes is a tour de force. Raspberry and apricot-scented fruit, rich chocolate notes and an incredible whirlwind of spice are delivered in this full-bodied wine that shows no heat, just waves of flavor. It should drink well for 20 years or more. (98 points- Rob Parker)

This wine is a dense purple color is followed by aromas of blackberries, licorice, camphor, and incense, a deep, full-bodied mouthfeel, silky tannins, and a terrific finish. (91 points- Rob Parker)

Exhibits notes of kirsch liqueur, loamy, sandy soil, underbrush, and pepper. This dense, medium to full-bodied, richly fruity wine builds incrementally in the mouth, revealing lots of glycerin in its complex, evolved, impressively endowed style. (91 points- Rob Parker)

The wine reveals enormous body, lots of tannin and huge, chocolaty, black cherry marmalade, lavender and garrigue characteristics. Full-bodied, powerful, rich and stacked and packed with fruit and concentration (90-92+ points- Rob Parker)

Greystone Sauvignon Blanc 2015
This has a firm and solidly concentrated nose of ripe nectarines, greengages and green stonefruits entwined with spicy herb and nutty elements. The aromatics build in depth and intensity in the glass. Dry to taste and medium-full bodied, fresh and succulent green stonefruit and nectarine flavours form a strong and positive core, unfolding layers of herbs, spices, tropical fruits and lantana. The mouthfeel is bright and energetic with fresh, lacy acidity providing drive and lending poise and tension. The palate leads to a rich, concentrated and lingering finish of stonefruits and spicy herbs (Raymond Chan)

Passion fruit and citrus, succulent and fruity with a clean crisp finish.

Kumeu Village Chardonnay 2016 

Mid-Palate shows peachy ripeness along with crisp acid minerality that gives the wine a refreshing cleansing quality.

Kumeu River Estate Chardonnay 2016

Marked by smoky new oak, but there's also pineapple and grapefruit notes that create a crisp, acidic spine. Draped off of that are hints of white peaches, roasted hazelnuts and tangerine.

Kumeu River Coddington Chardonnay 2016

Boasts a crisp, tight line of pineapple and citrus. Toasted grain and white peach notes provide much of the flesh, but there's also a silky, custardy feel on the palate.

Kumeu River Mate's Chardonnay 2016

Giving hints of the golden queen peach and mineral notes. Very concentrated and distinctly rich, but maintains a perfect balance and freshness.

Kumeu Hunting Hill Chardonnay 2016

Hints of roasted cashew accent tropical fruit, but thanks to a zesty line of citrusy acids.

Kumeu Pinot Gris 2016 

Offers notes of pears, apples, honey and baking spices. Medium-bodied, it has a touch of residual sugar and finishes with pleasant purity.

Pencarrow Chardonnay 2016 

The nose is moderately full and deep with aromas of white and yellow stonefruits entwined with citrus fruits, along with nutty oak and hints of flint and minerals. The aromatics have a steely freshness. Medium-full bodied, the palate has a rounded but concentrated core of citrus fruits, white and yellow stonefruits, nutty oak and flint. Some creamy barrel-ferment and nuances of lemon-curd MLF add detail. The palate is fresh and lively with fine acidity and flows along a fine line, leading to an elegant, citrussy and nutty nuanced finish (Raymond Chan)

This has an elegantly concentrated nose with intensity at the core showing pungent passionfruit aromas along with fresh herbs, subtle tropical fruit notes and chalky mineral elements. Dry to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate has up-front, penetrating and concentrated luscious flavours of passionfruit with notes of tropical fruits, herbs and minerals (Raymond Chan)
